The two brothers, Late Shri Krishan Lal Kindra & Shri Sham Sunder Kindra, felt an acute shortage of educational institutions in the area and decided to do something about it. They founded Vijaya Senior Secondary School to provide quality education to the area's children.

The institution firmly believes that appropriate education is key to identifying and developing a person's best talent. It offers a curriculum that not only educates and instructs children but also brings out the best in them and sufficiently prepares the next generation for educational and vocational success, as well as the character qualities that go with it.
